Shipping was a little slower than expected but the tracking was good.

Love the pillow, except the velcro could be stronger and the pillow slightly taller. but generally very comfortable for my flights. However delivery to my address in Australia was through MicroExpress who had my item "onboard for delivery" from Tuesday and it was only delivered the following Sunday and when it was delivered it was dropped just inside my gate. My property is on a busy corner with lots of pedestrians and the package was easily seen by people walking by as the gate is not solid. So extremely slow and unsafe delivery, it's a miracle the parcel was not stolen as we didn't see the delivery notification for several hours.

Only comment slightly negative: The velcro cover band needs a ‘parking place’ during use to not disappear between seats on plane/train/bus :)
