Pillow supports my head and neck well, so that it does all thats required to ensure a comfortable sleep on a long flight. It is a little expensive however worth it for a refreshing sleep. Thank you

The memory foam bed pillow is good. It is a change related to a normal one, but after 2-3 nights it feels very comfortable. I slso ordered the pillowcase, here I am not so satisfied. As I am using the sleeping mask, the straps are pilling the textile. This I have not experienced with a normal woven cotton fabric.

Shipping was fine, product near useless.
