NON-EXISTENT POST-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE

Buying 4 mattresses and 3 bed frames was super easy but the bed frame delivery was super delayed (even though I had received emails saying my orders were to be delivered on time and as scheduled!!) so we had to with the mattresses on the floor for a week. And even the mattress delivery only happened on time because the transporter was very nice and worked hard to get my order into the delivery schedule. . . . Then the bed frame delivery was super super delayed and I could never talk to a live Origin staff person to find out what was going on. I had no idea when my bed frames were going to be delivered. I called, emailed and wrote to the chatbot on the website but could only get in touch with the transporter / delivery guy via Whatsapp. Luckily he was very helpful and responsive. I will definitely tell all my friends to be careful if they want to order anything from Origin. The post-sales customer service is NON-EXISTENT!!!!

Mattress is ok but the

Mattress is ok but the delivery was horrible. I booked delivery for 5 - 10 pm but received delivery call at 1 pm. I informed him about the delivery time but he replied that he was unaware. I told him to came back after 5 pm. When we arrived home at 3 pm, we found the mattress left at the gate.

The delivery and installation process

The delivery and installation process was terrible. First, origin couldn’t deliver on the specified delivery date. Secondly, on the designated delivery date, the installer came after 5pm which I had already told origin to avoid as there is a cut-off time for deliveries. Finally the bed/mattress was delivered after 7pm and the installer wanted to come after 9pm to install the bed. Obviously this couldn’t happen as there would be some power drill noise. Arrangement was made for the installer to come back the next day at 9am but he was more than 1 hour late as he overslept. Very poor after-sales service so be warned.

Ghosted and lack customer service!

The way Origin Mattress handled my order almost feels like an internet scam. I was ghosted on the day of (second) rearranged delivery and it me made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My mattress and bedframe which I paid around $2k+ for was not delivered on time. Firstly they made last minute changes 2 weeks ago, apologised when I could not be home to take delivery, subsequently guaranteed that it will be delivered by 28 Dec before 5pm, but they ghosted me and never contact me nor reply me. The ops team whatsapp, customer service number, emails and Facebook were never answered. Very frustrating. This is customers' hard earned money but they are not helping at all.
