Ghosted and lack customer service!
The way Origin Mattress handled my order almost feels like an internet scam. I was ghosted on the day of (second) rearranged delivery and it me made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My mattress and bedframe which I paid around $2k+ for was not delivered on time. Firstly they made last minute changes 2 weeks ago, apologised when I could not be home to take delivery, subsequently guaranteed that it will be delivered by 28 Dec before 5pm, but they ghosted me and never contact me nor reply me. The ops team whatsapp, customer service number, emails and Facebook were never answered. Very frustrating. This is customers' hard earned money but they are not helping at all.
