Origin Mattress SG

The delivery man who delivered the mattress was extremely unfriendly, insisting strictly (without compromise) that his job is only to deliver the mattress and will not do anything (however easy) beyond this role. This kind of attitude is very abrasive and tarnishes the image of Origin Mattress. Because of this, I refuse to recommend Orign Mattress to family members thinking of replacing their mattresses. My previous experience with other mattress dealers is a far cry from this experience with your delivery man.

Too soft made me feel like I'm sleeping in v shape. My body aches got worse and I want to return the mattress.

I can’t really sleep with the mattress is hot and hard for me

Had to go to the physical store to get help as the 1st mattress delivered was 5cm shorter than specified which matters when you’re 6ft tall. Had a replacement delivered and I’m returning that also as it simply don’t perform as expected. Staff helpful to arrange collection. Will see how long it takes to get my money back.

I found it to be most uncomfortable. I feel it is lumpy all over. The middle section sinks in far too much. It is not firm at all, even at the edges it is not firm. I wonder if I have received a damaged product
