“No questions asked return”. Needed to pay $100 to clean my pillow + $20 to pick up the pillow. I had no choice but to keep it even though the pillow has an artificial smell that I cannot get rid of which irritates my sinus allergies. It also leaves my hair smelling funky. Very very disappointed. I hope the reviews will be unbiased

The bolster is made of good quality but as a bolster if is too firm that even as a big guy if is hard to hug it

Mattress is okay, firm, comfortable as expected. I added $50 for disposal of old mattress. I wasn’t inform there are different team for delivery and disposal. On the delivery day, I was inform disposal will come another day that choke up my room. I hv insisted the delivery man to take my mattress. He ended dispose the mattress at lift lobby and resulted complaint by neighbor n town council. Mattress is fire prone material. It is very irresponsible of the guy to dispose it at the lift lobby. Despite of different team, they should ensure delivery and disposal on same day.

I enquire via the chat and was informed that I will receive the pillow and protector complimentary on top of my purchase. However it was not delivered.

When I open the box, the mattress seem to have smell. Till now still have the smell
