Having very bad upper back pain, even added the topper, is really a nightmares, very bad experience!

The bed was visible sink after a few days of slept. Asked for refund, customer service said need to slept on with the sink mattress for another 20 days. Will you sleep on that if you were me?

Its too soft for me… my back hurts

I have feedback already for the horrendous logistics and terrible customer support. Not going to purchase anymore from your company and definitely not recommending anyone. 😅

It was a terrible experience with the after sales support and logistics!! Frankly I would not buy or recommend anyone. 😭
