Matteress was too soft for me and the high unable fix normable bed sheet

I traded up to lumbar cloud and it’s still too soft but I can’t return it anymore

I was disappointed with the service. It broke when received the item. The staff didn’t take immediate action.

I would like to share my bad experience on my purchase of the mattress cover, where there was stains on the cover. When the exchange was made, there were stains on the new cover as well. Therefore I’ve returned both covers and refund. I’m surprised that there were no quality checks on the products and hope you look into this.

Too soft/squishy around the edges. Never came across a mattress like that. Risk of sliding/rolling down & hence very dangerous for elderly folks. Requested a return after the first night and was told a minimum of 25 nights trial is required before return can be requested/effective, and that minimum 25 nights trial was not mentioned when I went through the FAQs on the Origin website. Customer service via email was reactive. I'm waiting for the 25th day and hope the return/refund process will be smooth.
