Quality and craftsmanship of the product is okay only, I was much more impressed by the customer service, packaging and speed of delivery, but unfortunately the actual product (after now three washes) has not met my expectations for the price paid.

Ordering the mattress went without a problem. The delivery was on time. The quality of the mattress is very good. I had asked for unpacking service, and this didn’t go very smoothly. The delivery man was alone, he didn’t have the right equipment to open the packing of the queen sized mattress. I had also asked for removal of the old mattress, and there again, his equipment was not functional (special rope). So the process took some time. Besides, the box of a new mattress should be in good condition, however, it looked worn out and was taped over at several places…

I hoped was cooling but it's not

“No questions asked return”. Needed to pay $100 to clean my pillow + $20 to pick up the pillow. I had no choice but to keep it even though the pillow has an artificial smell that I cannot get rid of which irritates my sinus allergies. It also leaves my hair smelling funky. Very very disappointed. I hope the reviews will be unbiased
