Charging for unboxing the mattress, hope this could be a free service for your customers.

Bought a single hybrid. However, the edges are not hard enough. When I sit at the edge, it sink down almost half the thickness. When I lie near the edges, I can feel a slight slant. Is this normal? Not sure where I can feedback this. I am still within the trial period, so not sure whether to return.

Item is great. Shipping schedule is very bad. Their custom service responds is very slow. Hotline always nobody pick up. Hard to find ways to contact them on online platform. I was blamed for not replying ASAP when they asked me if delivery can be done 5pm to 10pm while the arranged schedule was 2-5pm on the same day.

Very difficult to reach out for a online call verbal communication.
