A bit lay back on products details provided initially. Could be your staff thought that we were just window shopping until we proved seriousness in buying your product.

I have bought on several occasions and most occasions the delivery will not be delivered within the time frame being offered by Origin mattress. I have shared several times on this matter. Why offer customers the timing of 12-5pm when your delivery guys are overwhelmed with orders and only deliver to the customer around 8+pm? On several occasions I have to ensure that I am home to receive but always disappointed that my orders only delivered in the night. I sincerely hope that the management will review the process or even not putting the timing but for the day would be less strain and stressful for your delivery team. Product wise is great.

Try to position ourselves at centre of mattress.

My body , back and shoulder still aches. Maybe could be pillow not right. . Mattress still comfortable for my body. yet.
