Easy to purchase in store and online. Customer service person Aster was helpful when she called me to re-arrange delivery and installation. However, delivery was horrible. I chose the 12-5pm slot, but the delivery guy didn’t appear till 9:30pm. Very annoying especially when I received multiple emails today reminding me of the delivery timing.

Didn’t like how the delivery guy didn’t think about hygiene when he delivered the mattress. He laid the dirty box onto my platform bed to unload the mattress… I had to clean the platform again… also he didn’t bring the necessary tools to cut the packaging so he asked for one. And if I knew the removal is so easy then I wouldn’t have seeked assistance and paid extra for all this hassle. Made me do extra work with his presence.

It abit too high and mattress covrr cant fit in. Outer of the bed are too soft . Might fall if didnt sit properly. Feel warm sometime. Good that it does not disturb much to the other psrtner if tossing or turn.

I bought the original hybrid mattress online and missed out on the offer for latex pillow and mattress protector at $72. I was hoping to get that offer when i call the store but told it is not possible if the mattress has been delivered. I am disappointed missing the offer for the pillow and mattress protector. Origin can be flexible since it was a recent purchase
