I have recently purchased the queen size timber wooden bed frame and lumbarcloud mattress. The finish of the bed frame is excellent and the lumbarcloud mattress provides great support. However, the delivery which was set to 12 - 5pm was not met. There was no update until I contacted customer service and the delivery person said he can only make it at 7pm. It was really a waste of my time waiting. I would like to suggest if you can implement a call if the delivery is going to be delayed.

This is my 2nd purchase of the same after the good feedback from my Tenant of my 1st purchase. No right minded Landord would spend close to $400 for Tenant of a Hdb flat as many would just buy a low cost unbranded one from the neighborhood shop. I am doing so as I recognise the good support from my long term Tenant. Whilst i appreciate the promo discounts from the Co I am equally disappointed that returning customers like me do not enjoy loyalty discounts like so many other businesses offer. This will definitely not be my final purchase of mattress and while I would like to continue supporting your Co, I will consider to do so only if loyalty discount is accorded for return purchases. Thanks.
