Fast delivery Comfortable for this price Hope it can last

Online ordering was without any problems. 5 stars The delivery was on time, however, packing up my old mattress was problematic as the delivery man was alone and did not have properly functioning equipment with him to roll it up. He did not even have a proper device to cut open the new mattress!! Having to do this all by himself was certainly not helpful. Btw, I was somewhat taken aback that the box looked a bit tattered, taped together at a few places…. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of that. Delivery: 3 stars

I was told by the staff at the showroom that the delivery people will help to open up and set up the mattress. However, the delivery person said I had to pay $50 in extra for them to open the bed. The problem here is inconsistency in information, the company needs to sort it out among themselves to prevent these confusions in the future.
