Great service by the delivery guy. But unboxing service quite expensive do. Just removing from the box and laying on bed frame. Not necessary if u have some muscles at home.

Using it for 2 months, so far so good. The firmness is quite soft. But personally, I prefer it to be a bit softer because I am quite thin (172cm tall x 64Kg in weight).
