The mattress is soft and comfortable, making it great for sleeping. However, it could have been designed better—when sitting on the edge, there’s a noticeable lack of support, and you might feel like you could fall off. The delivery experience was disappointing. The mattress arrived a day later than promised, and the delivery person left the heavy mattress at the entrance without offering any assistance, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, a decent product, but the experience could have been better.
