Onyx m16 fell apart constantly. Front line customer service interaction good. CS manager interaction poor. Individual needs training regarding customer interaction. Left with poor opinion of Onyx after having had previous positive opinion using other onyx products. Product design needs to be reviewed. Discussion with other purchasers confirmed similar experiences by others, even kayak products retailers.

The bibs came ripped or the sewing had come undone, or whatever it may be. I emailed them the day they arrived and immediately after opening package. I heard back once and the email was more about a warranty claim, which I don't believe this has anything to do with the warranty, I just purchased them. So, I guess I am going to be stuck with these. I am, however, going to purchase a pair of the Grundins. Now besides the issue with the sewing, these seem to be durable, I haven't. worn them in water, or rain, but they seem like they would keep you dry. So I'd say the quality is decent, customer service, not so decent.

The life jacket is nice, but the dog can't wear it because it's too small. Went by the measurements as listed. Not paying as much as the items cost for shipping to return the product for an exchange so we now have a jacket that won't be used. Return policy sucks!

Fits well and functions as it should.
