No issues with ordering as it was easy to order and pay. Tracking for Fed ex ground is kind of lame as it typically is not detailed and takes longer than typical delivery systems.

Too expensive

One of the little yellow disc were broke. The CO2 cartridge was good.

Worked with a sales specialist to purchase two jackets - one for me and one for a larger person. My jacket is fine, the jacket for a person with up to a 65" waist looks like a child's jacket when worn on a larger person

Received the wrong sized life vest. Notified Onyx with pictures and no response.
