The product itself is very nice, but the shipping am processing to make the item takes forever. Allow 2 months before whatever you have planned your item for. Order way way way in advance!!!

Slow shipping, had to email twice, after waiting 4 weeks after order placed. Then responded and shipped same week.

Design is off centered or crooked on majority of the koozies we received.

I love the shot glasses, but the koozie print color is not good.
