The koozies are fantastic, but they took 39 business days before they printed them and ship them out, the customer service was very good and I got a slight refund for the delay but I had to call, they didn’t just offer it. Might order again but there’s a lot of other places that are cheaper for the same quality, just different designs.

Look great but I ordered black neoprene not white & had to contact them about where my order was only to learn they were OUT of the black until June. Said they’d refund part of my purchase price but haven’t seen that yet.

I still haven’t received my shipment and if it doesn’t come before Monday, St. Patrick’s Day, I won’t be needing it. I emailed the company but no response. I gave three stars because the sweatshirt is cute online, however I haven’t seen it in person yet
