Purchased two parts; neither fit the vehicle. Not sure their website is set up correctly.

The part received was broken.

Been 10 days. Still don’t have the parts. Stop using USPS!

Radiator came defective out of the box. It even had one of the tabs broken where it clips into the condenser. I tried numerous times via email and phone to contact the parts department and no one would answer or return my messages. By the time they did reach out I was forced to buy another radiator for my customer. Almost a month passed and they said they could not help me because I didn't have the original packaging. I'll never order from this website again. The service was terrible. I lost business and profit because of them

The lady I worked with was nice and kind on the phone. We discussed the potential of an item damaging during transit if she shipped it. I drove 3 hours to pick it up and when I got there the inbox looked like it was sent through a trash compactor. When I asked to see inside the item was destroyed. I find it hard to believe that the team was not aware of that and would have much rather an honest answer on the phone that the item is wrecked and should not be sold which would have saved me a long trip and gallons of gas which in current economy is worth it’s weight in gold.
