Abysmal post-sale support (can't return a defective part)
I ordered a part that arrived damaged. That may or may not have been the fault of Sam Galloway Ford (OEMFordParts), but I tried on multiple occasions to contact them to get a replacement part, and they didn't return my messages or acknowledge receipt of my communications. It seems like once the sale is done, they've moved on. This was my first purchase from them, but based on this interaction, I'd likely avoid them in the future.
