Like I said, I love the products but my big bottle of conditioner arrived with a loose top and a bit of a mess in the box.

It took awhile to get it mailed. Once here I didn’t like it. Sent reviews with no response

It was fine. I’m not sold on the shampoo and conditioner. I do like the gel. I don’t like the air dry styler

I love Odele's products! Great scents, clean ingredients, and quality prices. However, they need to step up their packaging. Two of the three bottles I got were smashes opened and leaked out. Wasn't able to use they sadly :(

I contacted customer service via email regarding them sending me the wrong product and never heard back from anyone.
