I ordered 3 dry shampoos and only received 1. After a few days, a rep reached out to fix it and said they'd sent the missing 2. A few days later. . . . only 1 dry shampoo arrived. So I've paid for 3 and STILL have only received 2 after multiple communications. I love these products, but this is getting ridiculous. I'm hoping this can be resolved and the issue will be avoided in the future.

Very unhappy, my product came in damaged with conditioner all over the box and all my other and when I reached out to customer service, I never heard back

I never received my order and have not got my refund either… they didn’t say anything abt not shipping to P. O. Box so I’m not sure why my package got returned. . !

Very poor customer support. If you try to return the products, the QR code won’t work. Customer support doesn’t respond to emails.
