The team member lost or had something happen to my email. She did respond when email was recovered. I had my shipment by then. Enjoy the product.

I like your product but wanted the orange chocolate or peppermint mocha which were unavailable. I will not reorder unless these are in stock.

I love the nutpods, just wish they were delivered in a box instead of an amazon prime bag. The seal on my box was even open already! I inspected each container and they weren’t open, so I kept them.

Staff were professional and responded to the complaint in a timely manner but did not provide an agreeable resolution.

I got a reply that appeared to be cut and pasted. Your product makes me break out in a rash but the letter ended with “Happy Sipping” Apparently not with your product
