I typically love your product. This time they came all chunky.

I have been ordering Nutpods frequently for over a year - this was the first disappointing order. The order went from being in my region, then was sent 1,000 miles away before coming back. When it arrived, the box was dented. Probably will only order through Amazon again after this experience - too bad considering the discount codes are such an attractive feature to new buyers.

Love the Pumpkin Spice! Looking forward to buying them others and sharing at the holidays.

I complained about the high cost of your product, but this was not addressed at all in the e-mail reply.
