A code wasn't working. I emailed and quickly received a response indicating that the problem was fixed. It was.

It showed up the next day , I was followed up on in a timely manor

When I ordered the lemon Vanilla to be delivered to my new address, I forgot to put down my apartment number. So on the order sheet where it said help I contacted you guys and let you know. Not only did I get my product to the correct address but it was filled and delivered to my home within days.....Incredible....thank you.

My order had not shipped after one week. I contacted customer service to make sure everything was ok with the order. There must've been some kind of glitch in the system. A replacement order was made for me and I had my nutpods the very next day. I received prompt and courteous assistance.
