I was so excited for my vanilla lemon nutpods to arrive and despite the tracking number telling me they were delivered, they were nowhere to be found. I waited a few weeks and still nothing. I emailed nutpods and they immediately let me know another shipment was on its way, no questions asked. Thank you guys!

I have always been a huge fan of nutpods but their customer service amped up my love. I ordered the new flavor and even though I received a delivery confirmation, there were no creamy nutpods in sight. I contacted the customer service team via email and in LESS than 24 hours, someone contacted me & sent out another shipment. I am so grateful because this new lemon vanilla flavor is insanely delicious!
