The product arrived in a timely manner. However, after I had placed the order, I remembered that I didn’t include Ultramarine Blue. Although I probably should have called when I realized that I had forgotten the color from my order and asked for a possible credit for shipping, the color could have been included in my first order since the address was the same, and I could have been issued a credit for the cost of shipping. As it was, I paid double for shipping just because I forgot a color when it could have been added to the first order. Now I love Nova Color Paint and have used it for years, but I think both myself and Nova Color Paint could have recognized the issue early on and sought to correct it before the items were shipped. I do hope there is a follow up phone call from Nova Color after this review to bring closure to this matter. Thank you.

Nova color sent me the wrong sizes from my last order. The paints are great, but customer service has drastically gone done. I have been using nova color for close to 20 years. It is sad to se the decline in service. But the paint is great and Nova color their product will sell regardless so why bother with customer service.

Change carriers. I was charged more for shipping than for the items. Not practical.

Incorrect delivery; other issues.

Terrible communication, nobody answers the phone, pricing issues. . . . All around bad experience!
