Very watery paints

Shipping was fast to the east coast but if I want just a few paints from Nova the postage is a killer I ship to CA from NJ quite a bit and never have to charge super high Maybe look into a cheaper carrier for east coast buyers

I first learned about Nova when I watched Betty Frank on You Tube. I was very impressed with my first order, but was disappointed with the paints in my last order.

Half my order came frozen and haven't used the paints yet
