capsules shipped out timely

I received the 24 capsules I ordered but they were all loose in a single larger shipping box. Normally I receive 4 packs of six capsules per shipment. Can you please return to packing six capsules per pack when shipping 24 capsules? It makes it much easier to store and organize. Thanks.

Shipping cost to of capsules is outrageous. Would never have bought the system if I would have understood the true long term cost

I was sent the wrong item 2x. You used to have a great customer service. . we could actually talk to someone!

Received a Coravin system for Christmas. Decided to purchase supplies. Used the internet. Ordering was simple. Receiving of order not so much. Size of order entitled me to Fedex. Order sat the local Fedex facility, or going out for delivery and then back to the Fedex facility for 4 days. Called Fedex; Fedex said that Coravin would not allow in-person pickup. Contacted Coravin; Coravin only responds by email - when Coravin gets a "round tuit" - Coravin does not believe in use of a phone even when asked. Soooo, products OK; Customer Service not so much.
