Claim free shipping to Canada and when you order the gas refill, comes from the states and import fees you will be in addition to the expensive Argon gas refills. When I contacted customer service, i felt I was worthless as a customer to them. I am a business owner as well, Coravin you are nothing without your customers. And you lost one, and lost ripple my word of mouth was going to generate.

Slow responds from customer service, ordered capsule but have not received it due to insufficient document at port clearance stage
