Love the nappies but have been unimpressed with the service -particularly of the promotions. False advertising for a $50 Jamie Kay voucher with a subscription that never amounted to anything.

Horrible, nappies ride straight up boys bum and go from nappy to wedgie in no time, that’s not even the worst part after playing and he has a number2, blow me down sideways, half his number 2 is down hi leg because the nappies is in a wedgie, They were ok when he was a new born, As a toddler who spends all day outside exploring must be very uncomfortable

Took two weeks for me order to be dispatched even though the website states 1-3 days to dispatch. When I messaged there was no real explanation as to why it took so long

Nappy leaked after 1. 5hrs, gave them a second chance and leaked through after 2hrs. My girl has never leaked through. Friend of mine also had same issue. Will be going back to my original brand

I love the Noopii’s products but I’m not sure if I will continue with the monthly subscription anymore if the delivery service cannot be solved. Please have a chat with your third party!!!!I have to collect the parcel at the depot every single time. They should stop leaving missed parcel leaflet behind when they were right outside and I was home. Actually, they didn’t even bother to leave anything behind the other time. It’s becoming frustrating and very inconvenient.
