I had a terrible experience
I had a terrible experience with my last order from Noopii New Zealand. It was a very simple order, yet they still managed to mess it up. Instead of taking proper responsibility, all I received was what felt like a very automated apology email—no real effort to fix or explain the reason for the issue.
To make matters worse, I had to wait almost another week for the rest of my order to arrive. In the meantime, we had to resort to other brands from our local supermarket, which was extremely inconvenient. I had to follow up myself to get the issue resolved, which is simply not good enough. The customer service was terrible, and based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.
