It’s not easy to try and sign up for a regular order

We only buy these because we love the nappies. Service and processing and delivery is terrible. From the subscription renew date to when I actually receive the nappies is sometimes 10days.

To many emails to ask For a review.

Nappies leaked so probably wouldn’t purchase

The process of logging on to manage my nappy subscription has one too many steps - not sure why it’s more complicated than most online accounts with having to go through email. Then the live subscription setup is not super easy either and I find I end up pausing it all the time as I try to figure out how many nappies I need delivered and when. It’s like guesswork trying to figure out how many weeks I need once I restart, as the date provided is like the date the subscription started or something - it would be more helpful to have the date upcoming rather than having to backtrack and count days forward to figure out how many weeks it works out to. Then It’s over a week from when it says the order is being filled until I receive them, so have to account for that. Overall I find the whole process tedious and annoying, but I like the Noopii nappy so I will keep at it. Just wish it was clearer and easier and faster.
