The process of logging on to manage my nappy subscription has one too many steps - not sure why it’s more complicated than most online accounts with having to go through email. Then the live subscription setup is not super easy either and I find I end up pausing it all the time as I try to figure out how many nappies I need delivered and when. It’s like guesswork trying to figure out how many weeks I need once I restart, as the date provided is like the date the subscription started or something - it would be more helpful to have the date upcoming rather than having to backtrack and count days forward to figure out how many weeks it works out to. Then It’s over a week from when it says the order is being filled until I receive them, so have to account for that. Overall I find the whole process tedious and annoying, but I like the Noopii nappy so I will keep at it. Just wish it was clearer and easier and faster.

I love love noopii nappies, by far superior to other brands. However it’s hard navigating the subscriptions portal and I end up with the wrong size nappies because details haven’t saved, and tbh I just wish there was a warehouse up here in the North Island so delivery was abit quicker especially with order mix ups etc.

I love the product and have susbscribed for 4 years. From my point of view, the recent shop changes have been a step backwards. Having to click a link from an email in order to login is annoying (and inconsistent with any other sites), as is not being able to 'send now' on a subscription or change the date of the next delivery.

Delivery time takes far too long

I’m really disappointed with the nappies I recently bought. I was really excited about using them as they sounded like they were made from better products and better for my babies skin. However, my baby has got a terrible rash from the nappies and I find they leak. I’m really disappointed and won’t be buying anymore unfortunately.
