Great product, really average service and website.
Your new website is horrible to use due to these reasons:
- You can't update your credit card details (there is some sort of bug), so after trying to get assistance from your customer service team I gave up and cancelled my subscription and started a new one. I was a little disappointed at we didn't get the free bear that was promised with all new subscriptions, as mine was also a new subscription (even tho, I only did this as I could not update my credit card details).
- Adjusting the weeks you want your subscription to come is a pain, cause if you realise you're almost out of nappies, you just want to be able to select a date quickly, rather than trying to work out how many weeks since your last delivery, and therefore which number of weeks to select to get your nappies to arrive.
I even started buying nappies at the supermarket for a while to avoid your website.
Multi carton discounts have not been applied before even through the subscription, and when I pointed it out, there was no offer to reimburse me this amount or take it off my next order.
Products have been delivered to the wrong address before as well (not Noopii's fault but still frustrating).
