Love the nappies and wipes but the online subscription is a bit hard to manage especially if you’re wanting to change sizes I’ve had to cancel my subscription and start a new one as I’m unable to change the product online.

At times your shipping has been delayed and seems to vary. I've had to purchase other brands to get us through between orders.

Delivery was reasonably quick

Very reliable delivery, and easy to change order last minute etc, but the website has always been a bit clunky on my iPhone.

Not loving the nappy pants. We constantly get leaks, which we don’t get with any other brand we’ve tried which I’m gutted about. We absolutely love the wipes though wouldn’t use any others.
