The only stars I can
The only stars I can give is for the helpful customer service. But even then there was no information about if and when I get my bike and even though the documents on the website say delivery is eithin the same month, it took 3 months for the bike to arrive. The only apology was a weird, automated message for every customer probably that we can talk with an employee is an unrwlated department and that yeah we heard you. But uou only heard people after they complained, and you did not procatively help them with information which doesn’t support a good buying experience. Kudos to the polite and helpful customer support employees whomprobably got the big load of complaints but still kept it professional and did their best.
