The website stated I would get a delivery in January.
I received a delivery in December when I wasn't home.
My order provides no information on the delivery.
Support informed me I would have a new delivery on the 19th of January and that I must have received an email to this effect.
I received neither an email nor a bike.
Support bot responds to me in dutch even when I've asked it to respond to me in english. (I ask for english, it then asks me a question in english, and then replies in dutch)
All I ask is that someone call, text, or email me to help program the delivery.
...5 minutes of someone's time, probably less.
I don't think the ask is unreasonable.
