OLD- Nisolo

I love the style of your shoes, but both pairs I purchased had the soles peel off after a couple of wears. You refunded me my money. I'd love to buy your shoes again but I'm afraid that they will fall apart. Have you fixed this kind of quality control issue yet?

I really want to like your shoes. I like your company. I have owned 4 pairs of shoes now, and my complaints are similar. The shoes never fit the same from pair to pair. Even amongst different pairs, I have need different sizes. Also, the shoes typically do not last as long as my other shoes of similar style/price. The rubber soles of your chukkas wear down much more quickly than, for examples, Clarks. The loafer I currently have click and squelch when I walk. I think that amounts to poor craftsmanship. I have been a customer for at least 4 years--I bought my first pair through Huckberry, and have been buying directly since. I had given up, but just purchased two more pairs, and each is already showing premature wear/has the clicking I mentioned above. I LOVE the styling of your shoes. I love the structure of your company. But the product just does not cut it. I will be moving on in the future.

I purchased the flats which I did like. But the soles were not sewn on correctly and after one wear I noticed this- I emailed customer service and they asked that I take the shoes into a shoemaker for a repair and that Nisolo would refund me. This is a lot of trouble actually. I don't know west shoe repair is, I have a 1 year old child, work full time and live in a big city where there is rarely parking. I was also told what it should cost leaving me wondering if I'd be responsible for the difference given I live in SF and prices are higher for everything. The shoes have been in my car since receiving the email and that was several months ago. I should've mentioned that this solution didn't work for me but unfortunately I thought I'd figure it out and now, a lot of time had passed. Two stars for a friendly email and prompt response.

Getting too many emails from you

Followed their sizing guide, but it was still off and even though the website said it would stretch they didn't really, except for at the pinky toe, so my pinky toe pops out occasssionally.
