You stopped carrying shoes in my size (5m) so I don't shop with you anymore.

Your products are amazing but your customer service isn't great.

Good company, good customer service, but two different pairs of shoes fell apart after 3-6 months, so I've given up on the brand.

Unfortunately, I had quality and size issues with my order and I'm left with a pair of shoes that are too small and unwearable. The sizing was just too inconsistent and the return and exchange policy was lengthy. I won't be ordering again.
