I'm Not a customer yet because you don't carry size 11 in women's shoes. I'm giving 3 stars because your shoes are beautiful and I want to wear them but I can't!! Please start carrying larger sizes.

After sales relationship needs more care and long term Maintaince education. Still confused about a biz model that has shoes and jewelery. Huge fan and have many of your products in my family. New business lace up soles are great. Sizing seems slightly larger than your other shoes.

I was excited to buy from you, but between the expensive shipping to Canada and border tariffs, I had to cancel my order.

Your customer service is great, and the 5 for 5 deal seems great, but to be honest the first pair of shoes I got were really uncomfortable. Ive had to add several pads to the heel of your chukka boot in an attempt to keep them from digging into my ankle. I basically never wear them. Hoping the next pair I get is better.
