OLD- Nisolo

I am extremely excited to actually receive my Nisolo sandals. But I haven't yet. And I can't believe that in the time it's taken for them to get to me I've received countless emails, support outreach, and now this survey? I'd love to rate my satisfaction higher but right now...I'm a bit peeved that I haven't even gotten the shoes yet.

Need to address your sizing. I can tell that the materials are high quality and well made, however they have sizing issues. I ordered the smoking flats with no problem and wear them all the time. I ordered the mendez and am very disappointed. I am a solid size 10 length. While the website recommended ordering a size down my experience with other companies is this is due to width issues and not length. I ordered the size 10 and they were 1/2 - 3/4 long. I could get three fingers in the back of the shoe. So I fell on my sword and returned asking for a size 9.5 extreamly shocked since I had not worn anything smaller than a 10 for well over 40 years. The size 9.5 arrived today and well i was unable to put them on. They are snug but SHORT. My toes had no wiggle room and were cramped on the end. While the leather may loosen up on the bridge being short will not help, and I do not wish to get ingrown toe nails due to short shoes. I guess I will now have return now at my expense. Rats!

I was excited to try Nisolo shoes. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a model in my size. Customer service was friendly enough and confirmed there were no men's oxfords in 8.5. I would rate the company higher except I've had no experience with the product and have been sent multiple emails asking me to rate them.

I love your shoes! They are amazing! I wish you had some better way to deal with International shipping however. I was disappointed that my order got cancelled after a miscommunication about paying duty. As someone living in Canada I am well aware of paying duty on parcels from the US. I would suggest a check box (similar to the terms and agreements check box) for international deliveries before International deliveries can be placed. I would save you a lot of miscommunication and canceled orders.
