OLD- Nisolo

I love that Nisolo products are ethically made. But, I don't exactly love how Nisolo does business. I had contacted the company about my huaraches not fitting properly. I did the recommended ordering of a half size smaller in them. A year later the shoes still pinch and hurt my feet so bad (never stretched out like they said). I contacted the company and it was pretty much as if I were out of luck. That's not good business to me. Especially for a loyal customer. I also noticed that another customer left a comment on Nisolo's Instagram explaining the same problem. Nisolo quickly deleted the comment. You should care about your customers more. I haven't bought a pair of shoes from here since.

Beautiful shoes, but one is bigger than the other and my foot falls out of it. If the return/exchange policy were easier to work with, I would have sent them back.

I believe I have received this email mistakenly. I've actually never been a customer with Nisolo. I emailed previously inquiring if you planned on making shoes in women's size 11. I think you make a beautiful product and would love to purchase some one day, but my foot will not fit in a 10. I would gladly make myself a customer just not until I can actually wear your shoes.

my shoes were really pretty, but it needed asome breaking into. first time I wore them my heels were bleeding. now the toes slightly hurt and I get blisters. the soles are slightly slippery depending where im walking on.
