OLD- Nisolo

Responded to my email promptly. Love the shoes - wish Nisolo made 14s or 15s.

Ordered shoe. Didn't fit; ordered replacement but out of stock and line discontinued. Disappointing

Customer service is good. They communicate in a timely matter. Products expensive, and were delivered 3 months late. All I got was a discount off next purchase (not worth it).

There was a mix up with the order, and a pair of flats was sent instead of the oxfords. Very impressed by the speed and professionalism at which Belinda and the Nisolo team worked to get the right oxfords shipped out! Also reimbursed return shipping costs from Australia. Thanks team!

I love your concept but since you stopped carrying size 34 I can't be a customer anymore as your shoes don't fit. I am still wearing the four pairs of shoes purchased back when you were doing house parties in Houston! They've held up pretty well but I would love to update and try new styles.
