OLD- Nisolo

Positive experience with customer service, and grateful for past accommodations. Jury's still out on quality: I was disappointed with my first purchase (Ava flats); currently loving my huarache sandals, but also worried about how soon they'll fall apart. Saw some semi-opaque yellow substance (glue?) on the side of one sandal recently.

I ordered a pair of boots from Australia that ended up being too large. When I made contact to ask about returning and getting a new pair, your staff were super helpful and courteous, even making a contribution toward the hefty postage fee to return the original pair. Needless to say, the new boots, which fit great, are excellent and I’m sure I’ll be wearing them for years.

Nisolo is a new brand for me. I have made 1 purchase so far and plan to make more I am a brand loyalist who values quality, customer service and simplicity in design. So far Nisolo has hit all the marks. Keep it up, stay true to your roots and keep innovating!

I am happy to support your company and your mission. I am a 5 for 5 member and was happy to see that you corrected the shipping fee issue last year. I look forward to seeing what new styles you have planned for the years to come. I must say that one pair of shoes (smoking) were not a good fit, and I would have returned them, but I wore them in an attempt to stretch them out and thought it was too much of a stretch (no pun intended) to ask for a refund or exchange. I do have another pair on the way and will be more careful if they do not fit at first try. I am pleased to support companies that value hand-crafted workmanship and honor the workers.

I love your shoes, but I do not own any. I need a women's 11, and so far, you do not sell that. I keep hoping.
