OLD- Nisolo

I got my shoes wet & followed the instructions to dry them out but they still molded on the inside. I was sad that so much water seeped in through the stitch holes of the soles. The concrete was damp no puddles, though.

Merchandise excellent. I believe a customer survey should be done to identify products that appeal to customers. The new changes in shoe style may Mr appeal to all.

I have yet to purchase anything, but have my eye on a few pairs. Ive emailed a few questions to you guys before with helpful and quick responses so that's been great! I'm only disappointed that my introductory offer for subscribing to your emails expired before I had the chance to make my first purchase, I wish it had been more like a store credit that I could use whenever I was ready. I don't like feeling pressure to make purchases before a sale expiration date. I like to take my time and be very intentional with what I consume. Since many of your costumers are individuals with minimal, ethical closets, they probably feel the same way about making deliberate, thought out purchases. So I would recommend making the introductory offer a gift card that's valid indefinitely instead of a percentage off that expires. Everything else is good though!

Love it, just wish there was more info for shoe care.

Love the shoes! Just wish you had more sizes in belts. I have to get them custom fitted since I'm between sizes.
