OLD- Nisolo

Love your company and product. I would have appreciated a little more clarity and communication regarding the 5 year NISOLO shoe membership. I joined and have used one of my codes, I don't recall receiving a true timeline regarding new code releases. I thought I would get 2 in 2016, then...two to use throughout 2017....but I still haven't gotten any for 2017. I would appreciate an email update maybe quarterly that included my unused code(s), next code release date, and maybe new product releases. Love you guys and what the brand stands for!

LOVE my Nisolos! But the heel did peel a little in the front almost immediately and I had to glue them. For $118 pair of flats, I expect a little better. But I am willing to pay a little more for ethical, sustainable goods, so they're worth it :)

I love my wedges. they are very comfortable and beautiful. but after a long night of dancing or walking they straps stretch out and my toes end up sliding out the front. i still love them and am really impressed that they can be so sturdy even when they look so elegant!

The business and the quality of the shoes are great. Good advertising as well. The one thing i would suggest improving is the shipping time. Many people are used to amazon prime and 2-day shipping so i would suggest doing a similar model for your shoes. For instance i ordered shoes on a monday afternoon and didnt receive them until tuesday of the next week. At a minimum i would hope to have them by the friday. Minor suggestion but im sure it would be appreciated
