OLD- Nisolo

I appreciated the guidance from your CS team about the fit of the shoes. However, I am still a little disappointed that they're quite tight after trying to break them in for about a month now.

I love love love the product, but the customer service could’ve been better. When I received my shoes, I thought they were defective (different size shoes for left and right). I let the customer service rep know, and they recommended to exchange for the same size. I did. 2 weeks later I finally received the replacement shoes. Not a good fit. I ended up having to pay ($12!!) for return shipping to get the shoes that would fit. I wish the shipping of the defective product didn’t count as my one exchange. Still love the shoes I ended up with though!

I love Nisolo. My only complaint is inconsistent sizing. Nisolo's True to Size means this will be 1/2 to a full size small. But I haven't been able to figure out a pattern

I'd love it if the shoes went down to size 5.

I have loved the shoes, expect for one thing, the sizing has been off. I am normally an 11, but these 11s are a touch too big and my heel slides out. The 10s were way too small. So I would suggest to dial in the sizing if you could. A friend I recommended your shoes to, also had this problem.
