OLD- Nisolo

My shoes fell apart within 3 months of purchase. Nisolo refused to do anything about it. Never again will I purchase a product from them or recommend anyone else do so.

Will never shop at Nisolo again.

If there was a way to take away the one star I would. I don’t think I have ever been as disappointed in a company’s customer service as I have been with Nisolo. That being said, I still wish Nisolo the best and hope that they will listen to their customers in the future as I believe that what they are doing does make a difference. Robert Hollingsworth

After my last return I became very disappointed with Nisolo. I found out I was withheld money for shipping and for a stocking/shipping fee ($6.95). I just can't understand the breakdown (and being charged two shopping fees) and think that it is a shady move to pull on your customers. Unfortunately I have purchased the 5 for 5 but after that I am done with Nisolo.

Very disappointed in the boots I purchased. Heels are already coming off after only a few months of wear. Not sure why but a quality shoe shouldn't have this happen.
