Your customer rep sucks. I understand we are into business for profit. Profit will only be achieve once customer buys ur PDTS,

My shoes looked awful not even two months after purchase. This was despite using protectant lotions on them & such. I submitted a note about this to customer service & the response was anything but helpful.

No help at all and now won't stop spamming me.
