You don't sell my size (11)

you increased your prices and changed the product without notification therefore your sizes weren't accurate.

I've had my shoes for a few weeks now and they just aren't stretching out. When I emailed to see if I can return for a larger size they said I could not, but the only way I knew I needed a larger size was wearing the shoes. Any advice? I'm usually a 7 and my friend who has the same exact shoe, hers fit me fine.

No 5.5 sized shoes

I love the brand - the business model and the shoe styles, but I was really disappointed by the fit. The insole on my flats pulls out each time I take my foot out of the shoe. Also, I ordered my typical size and couldn't fit my foot inside, I exchanged for the next size up and they're too big. I'm a member so I have four more years of shoes - I will only purchase styles worn with socks to allow for a less precise fit.
